If the school did not authorize the schedule change or you ordered the wrong book, unfortunately digital licenses are non-refundable. You will have to place a new order for the correct class. It is very important to double check your order prior to placing the order.
If you have a school initiated schedule change, your school may cover the cost of the new ebook. Please submit a tech support ticket on shelfit.com. Please include the order #, the item, and email address that you used to place the most current order. We will verify the request with the scheduling system, then email you when the new item becomes available on your shelf.
