How do I log in?
Go to (my.hrw.com) and enter your username and password.
If you have not received your login information, first check your email in box and junk folder to make sure you haven’t received the Welcome email with your credentials. If you don’t find the email, contact your school administrator.
What if students forget their user names or passwords?

What if students have special accessibility needs?
Many of the most commonly used screens and features in Holt McDougal Online, such as the Log in page and the Dashboard, are designed to support users with accessibility needs. For more, see Accessibility Support.
How do I change my password and update my account information?
You can change your name, email and password. See Updating Your Account Information. You can also change your school and add programs, but you cannot change your username.
Where do I find the books and resources for my classes?
Note: The books and other resources you have for a class may be referred to as “books”, “programs”, “products”, or “resources”.
- If the Dashboard is your home page, you can select from the dropdown list of books and resources, and then select the one you want to use. See Resources on the Dashboard.
- If My Subscriptions is your home page, your books and resources are listed on that page. See Navigate My Subscriptions.
What if I don’t see the books and resources I need for a class on my home page?
You can assign a resource that your school has purchased when you add a class or edit a class. You can also activate a product and assign it your class. Contact your administrator if the resource you need does not appear.
How can I encourage my students to use Holt McDougal Online at home?
HMH provides a take-home letter that you can provide to parents.
