If you are using an iPad to download your ebook and it gets stuck on “rendering client” when trying to open your ebooks, this article is for you.
Apple made an update to their software requiring an updated version of our Shelfit App. If you are seeing a black screen in your Shelfit App after downloading a book (see below), you need to update your Shelf It App to the newest version. This issue has been resolved, but requires an update. Please update your iOS version on your device, uninstall the old app, and install the new version. Click here to go to iTunes.
