First, try to reset your "Cache" by going to your browser settings, and click on "Clear Browser Data" or similar (depending upon the browser). Select "Cookies" and "Cache", then "Clear Browser Data".
If the problem persists, please document the error message in detail, and take a screenshot, if possible. Submit the error to techsupport@edtechsoftware.com
