📦 Shelfit Return Policy
Shelfit offers different return options depending on the type of material purchased. Please review the guidelines below to determine eligibility and next steps.
📘 Print Books
- Eligible for a full refund if:
- Returned in good condition
- Postmarked within 30 days of the student’s class start date
- Customer covers all return shipping costs
- After 30 days, returns must wait until the buyback period at the end of the school year
- Bulk print orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs
🔁 How to Return a Print Book
- Log in to your account at store.shelfit.com
- Click “My Account” on the left side
- Click “View Order” on the right side of the appropriate row
- Print your receipt
- Package your book(s) securely and include the printed receipt
- Mail your return to:

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and processed.
💻 E-Books
- All e-book sales are final and non-refundable due to the immediate activation of digital licenses
- If digital insurance was purchased at checkout:
- You may request a full refund within 3 weeks of the student’s class start date
