• Verify you’re logging in with the exact email or Student ID linked to your school’s system (include any leading zeros).
• Clear your browser cache or try a different browser/device to refresh your dashboard.
• Confirm with your registrar or bookstore that the bundle has been assigned to your enrollment record.
• If your bundle still doesn’t appear, submit a ticket via the green Help button with your course name and student details.
