You can request cancellation of a print order within a very limited processing window. Once your order moves into fulfillment or ships, it cannot be stopped and must be returned following our return policy.
Cancellation Window
Orders are sent to our automated fulfillment system almost immediately. You must request cancellation as soon as possible—ideally within minutes of placing the order—to prevent shipment.
How to Request Cancellation
- Log in to dashboard.shelfit.com and go to My Account → My Orders.
- Locate the order you wish to cancel.
- If the Cancel Order button appears, click it to halt processing.
- If no cancel option is available, open a support ticket with your order number and “Print Order Cancellation” in the subject line.
When Cancellation Is No Longer Possible
- Once a print order, line item status changes to “Ordered” or "Shipped", cancellation requests cannot be fulfilled.
- At that point, you must return the books under our return policy.
