When you place an order, it enters our processing queue before shipping or delivery. Processing durations vary by product type.
Print Book Orders
- Processing time: up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
- After processing, standard shipping applies:
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- (This is the estimated timeframe for vendors to begin a print shipment)
- International Shipping: 7–18 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- To check status, log in and go to My Account → My Orders
eBook Orders
- Processing time: typically immediate (within minutes)
- Access may remain restricted until your school’s official course start date
- Find your titles under My Account → My eBooks or My Courses
When to Contact Support
- If a print order, line item status remains in “Ordered” status more than 72 hours after purchase (on business days)
- If an eBook does not appear in your account within 1 hour of purchase (outside access-window rules)
Submit a ticket via the Shelfit Help Center or email customersfirst@shelfit.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
