If your school has awarded you a scholarship for course materials, it will appear as account credit on Shelfit. Follow the steps below to link and redeem your scholarship.
1. Link Your Scholarship to Your Account
- Sign in at store.shelfit.com
- Click your profile icon (top-right) → My Account
- Select Account Information from the left menu
- Enter your Student ID in the designated field
- Click Save to associate your scholarship credit with your account
2. Redeem Your Scholarship at Checkout
- Add your required print and/or digital materials to the cart
- Click Checkout
- On the payment page, confirm that your scholarship credit balance appears
- Select the scholarship credit to apply it toward your order total
- Pay any remaining balance by credit/debit card
3. Troubleshooting
- If you don’t see your scholarship credit:
- Verify your Student ID is entered correctly under Account Information
- Refresh or clear your browser cache, then sign in again
- If the scholarship still isn’t available or you have a standalone account:
- Call our dedicated scholarship support line at 888-802-6466
- Provide your Student ID and any scholarship documentation
