Store credit issued through Shelfit expires 18 months after the date it was granted. Customers should plan to use their credits within this timeframe to avoid forfeiture.

How to View Your Store Credit History

1. Log in to store.shelfit.com
2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner
3. Select My Account from the dropdown menu
4. In the left-hand navigation, click My Store Credits
5. Review each credit entry for issuance date, expiration date, and remaining balance
