Use this guide to cancel accidental duplicate orders and understand EdTech Solutions’ return policy for print and digital course materials.
Cancelling a Duplicate Order
- Eligibility: Orders not yet processed or shipped can be cancelled.
- Timeframe: Submit cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order.

How to Cancel:
- Log in at dashboard.shelfit.com.
- Go to My Account → My Orders.
- Locate the duplicate order and click Cancel Order (if available).
- If you don’t see a cancel option, submit a support ticket with your order number and “Duplicate Order Cancellation” in the subject.
- Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once the order is successfully cancelled and any charges are voided.
Return Policy for Shipped Orders
- Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition Requirements:
- Print books must be like-new: no excessive highlighting, writing, or damage.
- All original packaging, inserts, CDs, and unused access codes must be included.
- Digital products (eBooks, access codes) are non-refundable once redeemed or accessed.
How to Initiate a Return
- Sign in at store.shelfit.com and navigate to My Account → My Orders.
- Select Return Items next to the shipped order.
- Choose the items you wish to return and submit the request.
- Print the prepaid return label and packing slip generated by the system.
- Package your items securely, include the packing slip, and affix the label.
- Drop off at your carrier or schedule a pickup.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Inspection & Approval: 2–4 weeks from the date Shelfit receives your return.
- Shelfit Processing: 1–3 business days after inspection approval.

Bank/Credit Posting:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
- ACH/Bank transfers: 3–7 business days
Fees & Exceptions
- No restocking fee for returns completed within the 30-day window.
- Late returns, damaged items, or missing components may incur fees or be refused.
- Digital and opened access-code items cannot be returned.
